I think it was an Officer's Quarters article a few weeks ago, but I could be mistaken.<br /><br />I've had to give "the talk" to some people at work, and it is never fun. When righting the ship, I try to focus on what they can do to improve the problem behavior and meet standards. Don't know how well that would work in WoW, however.Yngwenoreply@blogger.com
